What happened wasn't your fault. Unless you've got a split personality I don't know about—in which case you're stupid for not bringing it up earlier—none of us were in control. It's this place's fault. Or if it's your fault, then it's the fault of all of us, for not being able to fight against it. So don't even think about being arrogant and feeling responsible for what happened. Don't feel responsible for what happened to me. You might be our tactician, but you're not God. What happens to me isn't your burden.

Anyway, the most important thing is that we're all alive now. Regardless of what happened before and what'll happen from now on, as long as we're still alive, things will work out.

She was blaming herself for her transformation, because she was aware, so painfully aware, that if her father went down that path, she would follow him. Even knowing this...she's aware enough to admit that she probably would. She was blaming herself for her friends' injuries and deaths--the ones she directly caused, the ones she ordered, and the ones she ordered to their deaths.

It's terrible...and she feels terrible for it. She knows she did a terrible thing.

She knows other people did too. She knows she wasn't the only one who turned into a monster. But she was the only one to stay herself--because she was the only one who she herself was a monster.

She herself could still turn into a monster.

The message makes her quirk her lips into a smile, automatically, because Zohra--but she slumps by the end of it, because she's not sure how to tell him yet that were it to come down to it, she would've made that choice:

I think you're probably right. At least about the resurrection thing--by art, you're referring to your magic, right? Well, back home, there are sorcerers who do the same thing. They turn those who have been killed into...well, monsters, that fight for them.

So maybe that is why we're here...But if we know why, then that's all right! We can find a way to stop them!
