[The voice that comes on is very bright and cheerful.]
I suppose you can leave me a message here! So feel freeeee!

Yup. But it's a lot more interesting this way, don't you think? And the way I see it, our differences make up for each other! If I'm a pushover, then you're a pusher over!
[ It balances out...?! And he gestures for her to sit on the edge of her bed. ]
no subject
But she just scoots on over to sit on the edge of the bed, allowing him to take the lead. Mostly because she's giggling too hard.]
Huh, really, you think so? I mean, it's true that your pushover aspects shine brightly, but you've got a surprisingly hard head beneath all of that!
I think you're just nice because you can be nice. Which is really sweet! [but she doesn't think he's as much of a pushover as he seemed at first...especially after the whole Grima fiasco.]
no subject
That's a nice way of putting it, but there's no arguing that next to you, I've got the forcefulness of a bunny. Which is just fine -- between us, I bet we could befriend any type of person in Haven! Villainous types aside.
[ He can't toss her up and catch her with his shoulders(!!!??) so he has to make do with lifting her up bodily and sitting her on the top bunk, then turning around so she can hop on. The woes of the physically normal. ]
no subject
But he's got a point, and she just grins as he maneuvers them to a point where she can get herself onto his shoulders.
What a good timeline twin. And when she's settled, she just pats him on the head, because let's be real here, it's rare that she gets to.]
Hee hee, thanks for this, Morgan!
[anyway back to the topic of conversation.]
Anyway, I think you're probably right. Maybe even the villainous types too! They need friends too, right?
[so long as they don't like...kill people. She draws the line there--and at people harming her friends, but you know.]
Stilllllll...that sounds like quite the challenge! Do we dare undertake it?
[BEFRIENDING EVERYONE IN HAVEN...]
no subject
I don't see why we shouldn't! There's no harm in it [
except to our inboxes] and everyone here is so one-of-a-kind that it's worth getting to know them. What's the worst that could happen?no subject
He asked the question, though, so she has to answer it.]
Well, I suppose we could meet some people who want to just manipulate us into horrible things or want to eat us like cannibal vampires or something like that, buuuut--
It's still probably worth the risk of something like that, ha ha!
no subject
Say, what's a vampire?
no subject
They might also be cannibals, but I'm not entiiiirely sure.
[ur welcome
But she just plays with his hair as she answers. She's tired, but not tired enough to not be excited about this whole situation.]
1/2
Oh! So like Charles.
2/2
[ as if the drinking human blood wasn't alarming enough ]
no subject
[She just says so sing-songly. Patting his hair back down now idly...]
I'm not so sure though. There was only one vampire who asked to eat my limbs.
[just one]
no subject
Sometimes Morgan-style bluntness is bewildering even to a Morgan. He tilts his head back, trying to look up at her. ]
That sounds like one too many... Who would agree to having their limbs eaten?!
no subject
Nobody would, of course. Don't worry, Morgan, I told him no. I'm very fond of all of my limbs, so even if he looked like he was weak and starving, I wasn't going to give him any of my limbs!
no subject
Good! I know I'm being your legs right now, but there are some places I plain can't take you. ... Hey, maybe that lady who ate Virion way back when was a cannibal vampire.
[ revelations, five months later. ]
no subject
[harsh, bro.
Though a moment later she blinks, startled also by this revelation.]
Hey, that's right! She probably was a cannibal vampire! Whoa, I didn't realize we had so many of them here. They must eat a lot of people that we don't notice.
no subject
[ THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS...? ]
And I'd carry you anywhere I could! But I wouldn't be allowed in ladies' baths, for instance. And you'd have an awful lot of trouble getting out of bed in the morning... I suppose someone else could carry you, but having no legs seems like it would be a lot of hassle.
[ you think??? ]
no subject
But she just considers that very deeply. Before ultimately nodding.]
You know, I think you're right! I suppose I'd better keep my legs.
[You were never planning on losing them, Morgan....]
But heyyyy, you're not getting tired, right? I mean, I'm enjoying the trip, but I feel a little bad weighing you down!
no subject
[ And thus he grabs her ankles and proceeds to RUN. ]
no subject
She hunches over, grabbing at his hair and ultimately clinging is the best she's capable of right now. THANKS HAVEN. THANKS DEATH.
But this way they'll get back to Noire more quickly, so there's that...]
no subject
Feeling all right up there?
no subject
She just proceeds to mess up his hair more in response.]
Juuuust fine, yep! It would take more than that to shake me off, just revived or not!
[ur welcome]
no subject
Something like -- this?
[ He reaches up and pokes her in the side. ]
no subject
She squeaks, and then gets revenge by grabbing his hood and maneuvering it over his head
TUGGING IT DOWN OVER HIS EYES.
This plan is wise, okay.]
Surprise attack! Take this!
no subject
He stumbles and yelps, but her reaction is so precious that he laughs and powers through the blindness to sneak in some more pokes. He didn't need his eyes anyway!! ]
Clever! But your flank's exposed!
no subject
But she's squirming, because SHE'S GETTING POKED and also it tickles a little and clinging to his collar to not fall off (hopefully it's not choking you, twinny twin) and laughing really really hard.]
Pfffhahahahaha! I-- I can't breathe--!
[This is all too much effort after just dying, and yet she's feeling so much better because of it.]
